Our workshop
On the second floor of Tannery Visitor Center is a fully equipped and functional studio with sewing machines and everything needed to sew beautiful products from our leather and hides, and where seminars are held on regular basis.

In the studio you are working with leather straight from the tanner, so you know you are working with the highest quality material at all time during the seminars at Tannery Visitor Center.

The Seminars
We offer seminars for groups in our studio. The seminars are organized with the needs of each and every individual group in mind. During this seminar each participant will create a beautiful bag from their preferred material; options include leather from lamb, reindeer, fish and more.
Please contact us if you are interested in a seminar at our workshop and we will customize a seminar that suits your needs.
Guided tours
We offer guided tours of our tannery and workshop. The tours will take you through the fully operational 4000 square meter facility, allowing you to see workers tanning a variety of skins.
During summer we have scheduled tours twice a day, at 9:00 and 14:00. We accept requests for groups for more than 10 persons outside scheduled times.
During the winter season, we accept requests for individuals and groups.
